Men's Soccer

#1. Are there tryouts for your team? If yes, when do they occur?
Yes, there are tryouts. They occur the Tuesday through Thursday of the first week of classes. They will be held August 21-23, 2012 from 5-7 at the intramural fields on La Salle across from the Ferrell Center.

#2. How many days and hours/week do you practice?
We practice 3 days per week for two hours. During the 2011 season, we practiced Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30. This is subject to change to accommodate the class schedules of the team members. We will be having two-a-day practices for returning players on August 13-17th.

#3. Typically where are your games/ practices held?
Games and practices are held at the Baylor Intramural Fields across from the Ferrell Center.

#4. What schools do you compete against? What league you're in?
We play all the major Texas schools including UT, A&M, Tech, TX State, and UTSA. We are part of the "Texas Collegiate Soccer League" and we play in the "Premier Conference". We play major schools from Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and Louisiana such as Mizzou and KU at the regional tournament in November.

#5. What are the dues for this club team?
Dues are typically around $100.

#6. When is your season? Do you practice in the off-season?
Our season runs August through November and we do not practice formally in the off season.

#7.Do students need experience to join?
Yes.
