Women's Water Polo

1. Are there tryouts for your team?
No.

#2. How many days and hours a week do you practice?
We practice 3 days a week 2 of which are mandatory 6:30-8:30 Tues/Thurs and a free swim on Wednesday.

#3. Typically where are your games/practices held?
Games are at other universities such as UT, TAMU, UH, or Texas State. Practices are held at the Doris Miller YMCA on Forrest Street.

#4. What schools do you compete against? What league you're in?
We're a member of the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) and in the Texas Division. The Women's Team plays against: UT, TAMU, Texas State, Rice, Texas Tech, Trinity.

#5. What are the dues for this club team?
Dues start at $100.00 and may vary depending on fundraising efforts.

#6. When is your season?
The women's season is spring semester, but we practice all year.

#7. Do students need experience to join?
No, we'll teach them everything!
