BBN Fort Worth presents Dale Fisseler, Waco City Manager
& Paris Rutherford, Principal of Catalyst Development, as they discuss the upcoming development plans for the Brazos Riverfront along with other projects in and around Waco.
Paris Rutherford and his company, Catalyst Urban Development, will develop Waco's 17-acre riverfront regional attraction with places to play, stay, boat, eat, shop and work. Catalyst Urban Development is proposing to create boat slips, a waterfront tavern on the green and extensive park-like spaces along the river that could host leisure activities and concerts as well as the Downtown Farmers Market.Paris Rutherford is Principal of Catalyst Urban Development, a private real estate development and investment company focused on the creation of Great Places, as measured through economic, experiential and social success. Since its inception in 2009, Catalyst has arranged over $2.3B in debt and equity, specializes in public/private partnerships, and is currently implementing $315M in mixed-use and urban housing development
Dale Fisseler was selected as City Manager for the City of Waco at the end of 2013, following his position as Deputy City Manager, which began in March 2011. His first day as City Manager was March 3, 2014.
Fisseler is a licensed Professional Engineer and joined the City of Waco following thirty years of public service with the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth.
