Through Experience Alumni, you create job profiles and establish the criteria for the position you wish to fill--free of charge to alumni who first register as a Baylor user. Candidates respond to your job opening and make their profiles available for your review. You select the profiles and resumes you wish to pursue until you find the right candidate for the job.
