She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been training at Baylor since the fall of 2018. Abby's passion for fitness comes from a long-term back injury, and the realization of how exercise can benefit everyone, even those with physical limitations. Her ultimate goal is to help clients reach their goals and encourage them every step of the way.

After graduation, Essy plans to serve her country as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army and eventually open a gym that is versatile yet affordable to anybody who wants to live a healthier lifestyle. Essy believes in pushing your body past your limitations.

Upon graduation, Roisin plans to pursue a career in Chiropractic Medicine. She truly enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with others and helping people not only achieve their goals, but also helping them see the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
He has garnered notoriety in the fitness world from his exposure on Bodybuilding.com and the popular "PumpUp" app. He is certified by the following organizations: American College of Sports Medicine (Certified Personal Trainer), National Academy of Sports Medicine (Women's Fitness Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (Group Exercise Instructor), Red Cross, and the American Heart Association.
His main responsibilities include (a) hiring, training and evaluating trainers and (b) leading frequent seminars and workshops to the Baylor and Waco community on health and nutrition and (c) coordinating and teaching the certification classes to become a certified NASM trainer.
He is currently in pursuit of his dream to practice medicine in the field of Neuromusculoskeletal Sports Medicine & Athletic Regenerative Rehabilitation.
She began personal training at Baylor in January of 2017. As a trainer, Antoinette enjoys helping individuals of all fitness backgrounds on their wellness journey and helping clients transform both physically and mentally. She firmly believes that mental and physical health are intertwined and working on the physical aspect is a big step towards overall health and wellness.
