Abby Davis
Abby Davis
Abby grew up in Andover, Kansas and moved to Waco in the fall of 2016. She is pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology accompanied by a minor in Nutrition Sciences, hoping to become a medical exercise specialist.

She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been training at Baylor since the fall of 2018. Abby's passion for fitness comes from a long-term back injury, and the realization of how exercise can benefit everyone, even those with physical limitations. Her ultimate goal is to help clients reach their goals and encourage them every step of the way.

Cassidy Duhon
Cassidy Duhon
Cassidy grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, and moved to Waco in the fall of 2018. She is majoring in Nutrition Sciences with a pre-dietetics concentration. She holds a personal training certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).

As a trainer, her goal is to help clients achieve physical and mental goals while also maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Her favorite fitness motto is: "The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person's determination" -Tommy Lasorda

Essyria Savannah-Hallaway
Essy grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana and Harker Heights Tx, she moved to Waco in the fall of 2014. She is majoring in Health Science Studies and minoring in Business administration. She began training at Baylor in the summer of 2018 and holds a personal training certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).

After graduation, Essy plans to serve her country as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army and eventually open a gym that is versatile yet affordable to anybody who wants to live a healthier lifestyle. Essy believes in pushing your body past your limitations.

As a trainer, Essy's ultimate goal is to make living a healthy lifestyle attainable both financially and physically. Her favorite motto is "You won't always be motivated you have to learn to be disciplined."

Matthew Kivanani
Matthew Kivanani
Matthew Kivnani was born and raised in the DFW area. He has a burning passion for motivating and inspiring others. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and loves helping people reach their fitness goals. In his free time, when he is not working out or at school, he likes to cook and listen to podcasts.
Roisin Lyons
Roisin Lyons
Roisin grew up in Coronado, California (just outside of San Diego) and moved to Waco fall of 2016. She is majoring in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition. She earned her personal training certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).

Upon graduation, Roisin plans to pursue a career in Chiropractic Medicine. She truly enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with others and helping people not only achieve their goals, but also helping them see the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.

Bill Sidiq
Bill Sidiq
Bill was born and raised in Waco, TX. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2016 from Baylor University with a degree in Health Sciences. Bill began working at the Baylor Student Life Center as a Certified Personal Trainer in August, 2012 and has worked in the past as a Bearobics Group Exercise Instructor as well. Upon his graduation, he was hired as the Master Trainer of the Baylor Wellness Department.

He has garnered notoriety in the fitness world from his exposure on Bodybuilding.com and the popular "PumpUp" app. He is certified by the following organizations: American College of Sports Medicine (Certified Personal Trainer), National Academy of Sports Medicine (Women's Fitness Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (Group Exercise Instructor), Red Cross, and the American Heart Association.

His main responsibilities include (a) hiring, training and evaluating trainers and (b) leading frequent seminars and workshops to the Baylor and Waco community on health and nutrition and (c) coordinating and teaching the certification classes to become a certified NASM trainer.

He is currently in pursuit of his dream to practice medicine in the field of Neuromusculoskeletal Sports Medicine & Athletic Regenerative Rehabilitation.

Caleb Terrell

Caleb grew up in the Dallas area and moved to Waco in 2015 as a freshman. Caleb has been a NASM personal Trainer for the last 3 years. He is now a senior pursuing a business finance degree at Baylor University and intends to go to law school next year. As a trainer, Caleb's mission is to make your goals his priority in order to help you achieve your goals in fitness.
Antionette Weatherspoon
Antionette Weatherspoon
Antoinette is from Buffalo, NY and moved to Waco in Fall 2015. She is working towards a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Baylor. Antoinette is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist; as well as being an F45 instructor. She has also worked with Baylor Athletics as an intern strength coach for the Equestrian, Track and Field, Softball, and Acrobatics and Tumbling teams.

She began personal training at Baylor in January of 2017. As a trainer, Antoinette enjoys helping individuals of all fitness backgrounds on their wellness journey and helping clients transform both physically and mentally. She firmly believes that mental and physical health are intertwined and working on the physical aspect is a big step towards overall health and wellness.
