Campus Recreation
The goal of campus recreation is to enhance existing lifestyles. Campus recreation at Baylor also includes the pool, club sports, intramural sports, fitness, and outdoor adventure. Some of the services offered include: personal training, Bearobics, fitness orientation, and massages.

Counseling Services - Registered Dietician
Counseling services houses a registered dietician, who works with students who would like to maintain a healthier diet. Also included, is free Peer Health Education, who are Baylor students that will work with students on their food pyramid and other other helpful eating tips.

How to practice Healthy Choices:
