Program Costs

Student Program Fee: $2,001

Program Deposit: $200


Included with the Program Deposit and Fee:

  • Student Housing, processing fee, and related expenses:
    • All utilities
    • Wireless internet access
    • Full kitchen, including: dishware, cookware and appliances (toaster, microwave, coffeepot, etc.)
    • Free laundry facilities (irons/ironing boards included)
    • 24-hour front desk service
    • In building fitness center
    • Weekly and emergency maintenance
  • Metro U-Pass: unlimited use of the Washington, D.C. Metro rail system for the entire semester. This pass yields students an estimated cost savings of between $350-$800 over the course of the semester when compared to paying the regular fare.
  • All course site visits and trips, and meals associated with those trips (when applicable)
  • All networking events and receptions hosted by Baylor, which will include distinguished alumni and invited guests.

Students are responsible for the following items that are not included in the program fee:

  • Students are responsible for securing their travel to and from Washington, D.C. and the beginning and end of the semester
  • Students are responsible for the cost of most meals, independent travel, and any incidentals
