Must be ordained Baptist or willing to become ordained. Should be a graduate or student of recognized theological seminary. Shall prepare Sunday services and monthly communion service, as well as any special services. Shall attend Council meetings when possible, and encouraged to attend business and other meetings.Get aquainted with church congregation and know their spiritual needs. Regular office hours are not required, but should at least be available by appointment to meet with church members who need spiritual counseling ot pastoral advice.
Compensation is negotiable. Office with bookselves available for pastoral use, as well as A/V system with overhead projector and screen to aid with the presentation of the service.
