Provide primary leadership in worship for contemporary service. Work with ministry teams for children's, student, and college/young adult ministries, providing primary leadership to one area (whichever fits their gifting the most). Work on growing these teams. An opportunity exists to partner with the BSM at Collin College's McKinney campus (directly across the street from our church). Community North affirms women in ministry, and the pastor is a Baylor and Truett graduate.
