Church Engagement Associate
Restore Hope
The Church Engagement Associate role is designed to work in tandem with the Chief of Church Engagement in the implementation of Church Engagement strategies, goals, and objectives. The CEA will directly and indirectly serve churches engaged by Restore Hope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Representing Restore Hope and the Chief of Church Engagement through in-person
meetings with church leaders and partners as requested by the Chief of Church
Engagement
Media development to include the creation of social media posts, building webinar
strategies, and training staff and church leaders in the use and best practices of
technologies
Editing and formatting training resources for web and print production
Trains and serves with staff and contingency team in contingency management for workers
Learning the best practices of secure communication technologies and training staff and international workers in those practices
Database management for all Restore Hope activities, impact, and outcomes
Grant Writing/Management
Budgeting, expense receipts, reports
Event planning for Church Engagement purposes
Assistance with fundraisers, conferences and promotional events as needed
Domestic and International travel arrangements for Church Engagement staff as requested
General administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Mature disciple of Jesus Christ
Interest/Experience in Cross-Cultural Mission
Highly motivated self-starter
Public Relating Skill
Strong technical skills with advanced computer skills
Media development experience
Analytical Thinker
Strong Administrative Skill
Excellent Writing Skills
Grant Writing/Management skills
Learner
Thinks clearly in times of crisis
Problem-solving abilities
Domestic and international travel may be required
