The Student Pastor will provide a welcoming atmosphere and develop relationships with all students (Grades 6-12), guests, and their families for the purpose of nurturing their relationship with Jesus Christ at Bon Air Baptist Church (BABC). This includes forming a base of volunteers to partner with
students and parents to further BABC’s mission, vision, and culture through classes, events,
discipleship, retreats, and more.
