The Resident Leadership Program is a Paid one-year program ($1,400 / month) for seminary students with plans to become pastors, missionaries, and ministry influencers and who are committed to a life in ministry and are passionate about sharing the Gospel.

First, you will almost exclusively be communicating with people that are coming to you to learn about Jesus.

Secondly, you will be able to share the Gospel and help those seeking Jesus from any place where you have web access. You will utilize an intuitive online response platform in order to receive online chats, texts and social media messages from those seeking to have a conversation about Jesus Christ.

Third, you will help define the new leading edge of how to leverage technology and social media platforms to seek out and respond to millennials seeking Christ. Fourth, you will be introduced to some of the key elements of leadership that will help you identify your own leadership skills and style.
Hours and Compensation:

This is a paid position through a contractor relationship. The Ministry Resident position is required to work twenty (20) hours each week. Shifts are 4 hours each and will be based on a weekly assigned schedule agreed upon with the Resident. We will work with you to set your schedule each month. The monthly compensation will be $1,400.
