Under the supervision of theCENTER Directors, the Day Camp Coordinator is responsible for the safe operation and instruction of all Day Camp activities in accordance with camp policies. The Day Camp Coordinator supervises 1) 20-25 staff, 2) scheduling of activities, 3) evaluating staff, 4) check-in and check-out, and 5) evaluation of the program. The Day Camp Coordinator will also provide the proper planning, execution and evaluation of the day-to-day programmatic and logistical operations of the Day Camp programs.

Qualifications:
1. The Day Camp Coordinator must be a minimum of 21 years of age. She/he must bring to this position an educational background suited to the requirements of the position, as well as an understanding and value orientation to the Christian principles.
2. Experience in leading camp programs is preferred.
3. CPR and First Aid certifications (certification can be completed during staff training if needed)
4. Desire to share and work with children and adults in a Day Camp setting.
5. Ability to work well with other staff and ability to work with children for long periods of time.
