The primary mission of the Youth Minister is to serve, love, and disciple the students (6th grade through college) and their families of First Baptist Church. This person will build relationships, coordinate activities, set strategies, and develop leadership for ministry to and with this age group. This ministry should result in biblically grounded, missionally motivated students and families who are growing in Christ and living Jesus’ way.
