Principal Function: 1) Lead Student Ministry to plan, implement and evaluate a balanced student ministry program through the equipping of volunteers. 2) Direct the planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of a comprehensive music ministry alongside volunteers for worship.
An Advisory team for both areas is in place for support.

Anticipated Time: 50% for youth, 40% for worship leadership, and 10% for church at-large.
