The Associate Pastor for NextGen Ministries will plan, coordinate, implement, and direct the Student Ministries as well as evaluate the ministries of the church that are provided for children from birth through high school. The person in this role will be considered a pastor and will serve in the function of an Associate Pastor in sharing the duties and responsibilities associated with that role. That will include areas such as teaching and preaching opportunities, sharing in the care of the congregation, and worship leadership.
