Full-time position overseeing grades 7-12 at FBC Gonzales.

Some of the duties include:
Cultivating relationships with teenagers inside and outside the church. Cultivating relationships with families as well. A regular routine of being at different schools and school-activities is necessary.

Organizing regular activities which correspond to the five core values of FBC Gonzales: prayer, Bible study, worship, evangelism, and community. This would include but is not limited to Sunday morning Bible Study, Wednesday night youth, fellowship gatherings, youth camp, and DNow.

Administering the youth budget.

Leading and working with a youth council to provide leadership to youth ministry.

Doing hospital and home visits as needed.

Working with the Senior Pastor to develop inter-generational relationships between youth and adults.
