First Baptist Church, Borger, Texas guided by the Holy Spirit, seeks a full time pastor to lead our church into the next chapter of fulfilling God’s will.
We seek a team player, who is willing to work alongside the existing staff and be accountable to the elders. We seek a pastor who is an encourager, who can mentor and relate to both new believers and mature ones.

We have a reputation for being a church who loves our pastors and one another. We have always been a generous, giving church. This is further evidenced by the fact that we have no debt.

We are founded on Baptist doctrine, focusing on developing a relationship with God through deliberate prayer, reading and applying the Bible, mentoring, and missions. Our congregation has a strong lay leadership and thriving children’s, youth, music, and senior adult ministries. We are a mission minded church seeking to serve our community.
