Memorial Christian Academy is a small Christian school located in Killeen, Texas. We are seeking a school counselor to serve our 200 students in K3 - 12th grade. This person is responsible for working with our high school students on college and career preparation, working with all of our students on executive functioning skills (time management, study skills, organization). Our counselor also does small group, whole class and individual counseling (refers out those individuals that need additional services). Ideal candidates would love the Lord, have a servant's heart and love students. Balancing the needs of our different grade levels is also important. Being able to integrate God's word into our counseling service is a must. Maintaining aprofessional boundaries is also critical.
