Bandera Methodist Church in Bandera, Tx is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our 250 member congregation as we embark on a new journey to be an independent Wesleyan Methodist church. Some of the key responsibilities include developing and delivering an engaging weekly sermon, providing pastoral care church members, maintaining a regular schedule of being on church campus, mentoring and supervising church staff, working with church leadership and staff to develop a vision and strategic plan for the church’s growth.
