Providence Baptist Church is seeking a bi-vocational minister. The church is located in rural Burleson County approximately 8 miles SE of Caldwell, TX. The church is located approximately 25 minutes from Texas A&M University in College Station.

Providence is a historically old church founded in 1841. It is a traditional Baptist church with traditional music. The church is organized with a pastor and deacon body. The church averages about 45 on a given Sunday. We have three Sunday school classes. Additionally, the church has Sunday night services as well. Located in rural Burleson County, the membership consists of retirees, farmers and ranchers, but some of the attendees work in Bryan/College Station.

The church seeks a man who will:

1. Preach and Teach gospel and whole counsel of God.
2. Visit the sick, shut-in, and hospitalized on a regular basis.
3. Counsel members of attendees of the church as necessary.
4. Support programs such as VBS, Fall Festivals, and the like.
5. Conduct the two ordinances of the church.
6. Coordinate with the deacons and church officers.
7. Attend business meetings.
