Equip children and families to know Jesus Christ. Have ability to relate to children of all ages. Effective communication skills with staff, children, parents and church family through written, verbal and interpersonal clarity. Strong leadership & organizational skills. Willingness' to embrace change, innovation and creativity. Have ability enlisting, equipping and leading staff/volunteers to teach, lead and minister to children and families. Be able to carry out multiple activities, programs and assist other staff when needed. Fully embrace the mission, vision and values of WBC and all its ministries. Make WBC a safe and welcoming environment, provide care for children and families including personal visits, contacts and follow-up visits. Other responsibilities include participating in weekend worship services and other churchwide events, even if they do not directly involve the children's ministry. Share in Ministerial responsibilities to include hospital visits, minister on call duties and other duties as they arise.
