Event A/V Technology

If you are hosting an event and require A/V technology equipment or support, fill out this form no later than three business days prior to the event. If you are requesting an Event Technology Representative to be present during the event, your request must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.

The Truett Technology Support Team maintains a limited inventory of technology equipment for checkout, including a Macbook, webcam, camcorder, and more. Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are hosting a lecture or event that needs to be recorded, please include this request when you complete the Truett Seminary A/V Request Form. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
