Truett Designated Housing

Beginning in Fall 2020, The Gables apartments at the corner of 9th Street and James Avenue will become Truett Seminary student designated housing. Only current or incoming Truett students will be allowed to sign a lease, creating a uniquely connected community. Rent for these fully furnished, 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom apartments is $900 with all bills paid. More details can be found here and photos can be found here.

While The Gables becomes completely Truett designated next fall, a limited number of apartments are available for the Spring 2020 semester. Email LHoney@brotherswaco.com to request a lease application.
