Recent changes to TRAX

Requisitions -- The Budget Check Status has been added to the Requisition Approval page

Vouchers

- The Budget Check Status has been added to the Invoice Information tab under the Action drop down list.

- A flag was added beside the Comments link to indicate whether or not there were any comments. 

Note:  When you are adding a voucher, this flag will always be "N" unless you exit the voucher after making comments and get back into it.

What do I do if My Password Expires?

If you have not changed your password since we converted to the new system, your password has either already expired, or will expire in the next thirty to sixty days.

My Requisition is now "Completed" and I can't pull it up on the system.  How can I view my requisition information?

Do I have to use TRAX to send my approver an e-mail if I approve my own requisitions?

I see people listed in my Approver list that should not be able to access my requisitions.  What should I do?

I'm going through all the steps, but the e-mails aren't going out. Am I forgetting something?

The Approval e-mails go to my Approver's Junk E-mail folder in Outlook
