Michael Noble, Equity Process Manager

Michael joined Baylor as a Title IX Investigator in July 2016.  He transitioned to Equity Process Manager in November 2020.  His role as the Equity Process Manager is to process incoming Civil Rights and Title IX first reports, litigation requests, confidential resource reports, and academic records production requests.  Additionally, he creates quarterly and annual reports for the Associate Vice President, submits campus security reports for Clery Act compliance, and coordinates the live hearings for cases under the University’s Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy.  Michael also conducts impartial investigations into allegations of violations of Baylor’s Civil Rights policies and serves on the McLennan County Sexual Assault Response Team (SART).

Prior to joining the Baylor family, Michael served in law enforcement as a police officer in Indiana, worked as a police mentor in Afghanistan – advising and training the Afghan National Police as part of the NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan (NTM-A) – and was the Security Manager at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Michael earned his Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Safety from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
