Alexandra Fulcher, Interim Deputy Title IX Coordinator

Alexandra joined the Title IX Office in March 2017. Her primary role as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator is to manage the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the University’s Title IX compliance obligations, including developing and implementing case management plans, developing appropriate investigative and alternative resolution plans, meeting with the investigative team to discuss investigations, review reports, and oversee review panel processes to ensure thorough, equitable, and timely resolution processes. Alexandra also assumes Title IX Coordinator duties as necessary and collaborates with other campus offices to review and ensure University policies, procedures, protocols, and practices in compliance with Title IX.

Prior to joining the Baylor family, Alexandra worked as a Title IX Investigator at Texas Tech University, where she conducted comprehensive investigations, generated thorough and impartial reports, performed dispute resolution services, and led trainings to educate the University community on policy, laws, regulations, and reporting obligations. Alexandra earned her Juris Doctor at The University of Texas School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational/Corporate Communication from The University of Houston.
