Joshua Horowitz is a third year MFA in Directing candidate at Baylor University. Originally from Old Bethpage, New York, Joshua earned his BA in History from the State University of New York at Geneseo and his MA in Theatre from Miami University of Ohio. He has presented papers at the Association for Theatre in Higher Education (ATHE) conference, the Comparative Drama Conference (CDC), and the Mid-American Theatre Conference (MATC). Passionate about opera, Joshua works professionally as an assistant director and has worked at opera companies such as The Glimmerglass Festival, and The Finger Lakes Opera. While at Baylor, Joshua assistant directed Fiddler on the Roof and will be directing Anna Karenina for the 2017-2018 season.
