You have chosen Baylor as the final step in your pursuit of a bachelor’s degree and chosen to begin in the summer--both excellent decisions! A summer start will make you better prepared for a great fall semester.

Summer tuition is discounted 25%, regardless of the number of hours you take, which summer session you take them, or where you take them (in class, online, or abroad). See complete cost information to plan your budget.

If you are a new transfer student wanting to start Baylor in the summer you can apply for federal aid by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please note: You will fill out a different FAFSA for the Fall semester. Depending on the FAFSA results, you may be eligible for federal loans and/or grants to cover the costs. If you have questions please email the Student Financial Services Office or call them at 254-710-2611.

After you have paid your deposit and completed the New Student Advising Questionnaire in goBAYLOR, you will be contacted by your academic advisor through the Baylor email account. Beginning in mid-March, watch your Baylor email account for a message from your academic advisor about advisement and registration for summer classes. If you cannot travel to campus to meet with the advisor in person, a phone appointment will be scheduled.
