This summer Connect has been upgraded to a new platform powered by Campus Labs Engage! This upgraded online platform will maintain many of the same capabilities while also adding a fresh look and new features.
Users can begin using the new Connect platform; however, system functionality will continue to be limited until later this summer.
We will continue to provide updates as the system progresses. Once the system is fully operational, we expect a smooth transition to the new platform through instruction guides, Student Involvement Specialist instruction, email support, and other resources. Timeline for Upgrade
May 7th - Connect will be taken offline
May 8th - Connect site is shut down for merge
May 9th - Users can begin exploring the new Connect platform (limited functionality)
July 1st - Increased functionality for student organizations - event registration cannot be accessed

Are there resources available to me as I learn the new Connect system?
- Every member of the Baylor community can utilize the resources in Connect Assistance. Further resources will be added throughout the summer.
How do I update my organization information?
- The registration process for student organizations to update their information is now available through September 16 at 5:00pm. Through this process, organizations will be able to update profile information, rosters, officer positions, and more. Read these instructions to learn more.
When will I be able to submit events for my organization?
- We are working through the last few pieces of the event registration process and should have it finished before the end of July. A notification will be sent to organization officers once it is ready.
Where do I access forms such as the T-Shirt/Product Request form?
- Once you are logged into Connect, you will see a "Forms" tab at the top of your screen. Simply click that tab and you will be able to search through all available forms.
