Spiritual Growth

Real faith begins here, in real life, in the residence hall, on the intramural field, building a float, and putting together a sing act. The Department of Student Activities works to support our Greek community in ways that allow room for faith to fill the hearts of students, to connect the campus as a community of believers, and to produce citizens of faith who can impact the world for good after college.

At Baylor, students are encouraged to explore more deeply their spiritual walk and calling. Each Greek organization provides numerous opportunities for members to grow spiritually through chapter activities and small group Bible studies.

Additionally, Greek men and women at Baylor are active in many of the various churches in the Waco community. They serve as Sunday school teachers, youth volunteers, and members of college groups. Greek members take their message beyond the Waco and Texas border by participating in small group mission trips to other parts of the United States and overseas. As a member of one of our Greek organizations, you will find the place just for you to grow with your faith throughout your college experience.
