Responding to COVID-19

Coronavirus may have impacted the spring 2020 semester but we are committed to delivering engaging programs to the student body virtually!

Despite our physical separation, we remain devoted to facilitating connections through multiple formats. The Department of Student Activities has already begun offering virtual experiences through familiar programs like Dr Pepper Hour, Sundown Sessions, StompFest, and the Bear Program! Additionally, we are actively communicating with Baylor's 300+ student organizations to provide the resources necessary for those groups to continue to meet, plan, and advance their mission.

As the semester progresses, we will continue to offer virtual pathways for connection. For the latest information about upcoming experiences and resources, be sure to follow us on Instagram and Twitter @BaylorStuAct! Additionally, we will update our website regularly to ensure you have access to the information you need to remain connected.

Due to coronavirus, our department is working remotely. However, we are closely monitoring our email address for your questions and concerns. Simply email and we will return your inquiry promptly.

This is where "Remember that time..." begins. We plan the events that define the Baylor experience. From Christmas on 5th Street, to Sing, to Sundown Sessions, there's always a chance to make a memory.

At Baylor, we have three student led programming boards that work year around to host great events.

  • Student Productions focuses on large scale, on-stage productions like Sing and StompFest.
  • Union Board is your source for weekly fun in the SUB. With movies every Friday night and a fresh event every Saturday, there's plenty to do this weekend.
  • Baylor Activities Council is our large scale programming board, bringing monthly events that attract thousands, like FIJI Fright Nights, Lunar New Year, Gospel Fest, and Christmas on 5th Street.
