COVID-19 Information

The health and safety of Baylor’s students and visitors is a top concern. The university has invested heavily in sanitizing procedures, personal protective equipment, testing, and other measures that are informed by medical best practices.

The university constantly monitors the latest information pertaining to the COVD-19 virus and bases practices on input from trusted sources such as the Waco-McLennan County Public Health District, the Centers for Disease Control, and Baylor's own medical experts.

Since the conference brings together parties from across the country, combined with the increased risk of transmission due to the delta variant, the university will require participants to wear face coverings except for when outdoors, eating meals, and presenting or speaking.

Please monitor your health for these symptoms and plan to avoid contact with others if necessary.

Please be aware that face covering requirements may vary within our beloved Waco community. We ask that you remain aware of the face covering and distancing requests of private businesses during your stay in the Heart of Texas.
