Fall 2021 Elections - Available Positions

Student Senators: Student Senate functions as the legislative branch of Student Government and exists to advocate on behalf of students to voice the opinion of Baylor students. It is the duty of each member of the Student Senate to accomplish the aforementioned goals by operating as advocates for the student body.

Class Officers: Duties of a Class Officer include conducting one project per class semester, planning a senior class gift, and promoting unity within the members of the class. Furthermore, these officers serve as both advocates for their respective classes and as cabinet members for the Student Body President.

  • 3 Class Officers per grade (President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer)

 

Fall 2021 Elections - Timeline
  1. The Filing Form must be turned in no later than Friday, September 17 at 5:00 PM.  
  2. The Mandatory Candidate Meeting will be held Monday, September 20 in Draper 152 at 6:00 PM. Attendance for all candidates is required.
  3. Campaign Worker lists are due by Wednesday, September 22 at 5:00 PM on Connect.
  4. Campaigning begins on Thursday, Semptember 23 at 8:00 AM.
  5. Expense Reports for all candidates are due Monday, September 27 at 5:00 PM on Connect.
  6. Elections will be held on Thursday, September 30 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
