On-Campus Internships

Each semester, the Office of Student Employment through OCIP (On-Campus Internship Program) partners with administrative offices and academic departments across campus, to connect students with paid, career-building internships in on-campus departments. As a student, you do not need to leave campus to receive valuable experience for your future career. You can search for on-campus internships through Handshake by looking for the Baylor University On-Campus Internship posting, which will take you to the student job posting board.

Internships On Campus Allow Students To:

  • Make valuable connections
  • Receive guidance from your supervisor
  • Apply what you are learning in the classroom
  • Use your Federal Work-Study funds to prepare for your future

Through OCIP we also have an intership program (GAIN) that assists first-generation students. Visit the GAIN webpage to learn more about the program.
