Students: To find a job, click on the student login button in the callout box on the right side of the screen. This login will take you to JobX, where you can search for jobs under the Find a Job link. Also, the Required Forms link is the place where you may complete your pre-employment paperwork. You may complete these forms at the time you apply for a job. 


Baylor Supervisors: To view job listings and create postings, click the supervisor login button in the callout box on the right side of the screen to access your dashboard.

Access Request for your dashboard - To request access to the dashboard you will need to follow these steps.

Step 1: Click the Supervisor Login Button on the right side of the screen

Step 2: Click University Departments

Step 3: Click Forms and Information

Step 4: Click “University Access Request Form” and complete the form

Student Employment

The purpose of the Office of Student Employment mission is to create career readiness and developmental opportunities for students through student employment experiences. The office is also responsible for ensuring compliance by educating supervisors and students. Student employment provides benefits to both the student and University.

Students benefit from employment by providing developmental opportunities for real world experience and additional financial resources. The University and employers benefit from the experience by developing a future workforce and fill skill gaps.
