Spiritual Direction
It has been the consistent teaching of the Church throughout the ages that all those seeking to go deeper into their faith will have seasons when they need guidance. We need the wisdom that is flowing through someone who has may have dealt various spiritual struggles, stages, or callings. Spiritual Direction is an ancient and contemporary practice that involves speaking prayerfully with a director or a group about your spiritual journey. These conversations might center around theological matters or ways of praying or discernment regarding a decision, or thinking about a particular personal struggle.
Faculty and staff at Baylor are invited to seek spiritual direction through the office of the University Chaplain. You can email Burt Burleson directly.
