Peer Coaches

Peer Coach Program

Every first-year student is paired with an upperclassman in the School of Education as part of the Peer Coach Program. These students serve as a resource and mentor for students as they navigate their classes, teaching experiences, Baylor traditions, and residence life. Students are also grouped with others in their major, so they can connect with peers in the SOE from the start! You can expect to meet with your Peer Coach at least one time throughout the semester, if not more. If you are a first year student and have yet to hear from your Peer Coach, email maddy_woodford1@baylor.edu
