Individual Registration

  • $675 before May 15 at midnight
  • $750 May 15 - June 30 (or until sold out)

This registration is filled out and paid for individually. If 2 attendees are coming from your district, each must register individually. If 3 or more are coming from your district, go back to the Registration Information page to learn about discounts for those who register together.

BEFORE you begin to register, you need to know ALL of the following information.

If you are registering for someone else, be sure to acquire this personal information FIRST:

  • the correct spelling of the name as it should appear on the attendance certificate
  • attendee’s job title
  • a preferred mobile phone number for emergency contact
  • attendee’s email address

Paying for the Institute:

You will need to confirm payment information BEFORE registration. Payment options are:

  • Credit card (have all info on hand before beginning registration)
  • Check from your employer (acquire check first/input of check number required)
  • Purchase order from employer (acquire purchase order first/input of number required)

All registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
