WELCOME TO THE MATHEMATICS EDUCATION LAB!



HOURS OF OPERATION: LRC Hours

An assistant will be available:

Monday: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm

Tuesday: 10:45 am to 2:00 pm

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Wednesday: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Thursday: 10:45 am to 2:00 pm

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Friday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: LRC Hours


If a Mathematics Education Lab worker is not present, please see the LRC Staff. They have a set of keys and will be happy to assist you during their hours!

The Mathematics Education Lab is located on the ground floor of the Marrs McLean Science Building in room GL16. We are located inside of the LRC (Learning Resource Center).

OUR PURPOSE & MISSION

The Mathematics Education Lab is designed to be a resource for teaching and learning mathematics. It is available to Baylor faculty, staff, and students as well as area K-12 mathematics teachers. The main purposes of the Mathematics Education Lab are to focus on the improvement of mathematics teaching and learning, support preservice and in-service teacher preparation, and to improve student achievement in mathematics. The Mathematics Education Lab provides manipulative and technology resources, instructional support, and communication to support mentoring and professional development.
