The undergraduate All-Level Special Education Program prepares candidates to teach only students with exceptional learning needs, from early childhood through 12th grade. Field experiences focus on students with varying levels of disability, ranging from mild to severe.
The Texas certificate affiliated with this program is Special Education EC-12. The program is designed for completion within the regular four undergraduate years of full-time study.
The Special Education program at Baylor School of Education is guided by this overriding belief:
“All children can learn, if they are carefully taught.”
