2018 ASMA Case Study Competition

This year’s competition is designed to blend facility and event management concepts with marketing and sponsorship concepts by having ten teams of four undergraduate students create a bid for the College Football Playoff Fan Central. Teams will choose from nine potential host cities and create a bid for the event that will include sponsorship activations for the College Football Playoff corporate sponsors, a three-day schedule of events, a site plan for the facility, a safety and security plan, a staffing plan, and a budget. Teams will provide a bid packet prior to the conference and pitch their proposal to the College Football Playoff staff during the conference. This year's competition will be limited to the first ten registered teams. Institutions will not be allowed a second team registration until November 17th. The names of all team members must be submitted no later than December 8th
