Graduate Programs

Baylor School of Education offers several programs for educators that will enable them to reach the next level professionally and to broaden their mission as a Christian in education:

MA in School Leadership
The hybrid MA in School Leadership, offered primarily online with on-campus intensives, is a collaboration with the Baylor Center for Christian Education. Wherever you are being called to be a school leader, take your leadership to the next level. Grounded in Christ, this hybrid program’s flexibility will catalyze your leadership for human flourishing. We will form cohorts of Christian leaders with two tracks—Texas principal certification or school leadership in other states or independent schools. We are better together and united in our calling.

More Baylor SOE Graduate Programs
Graduate programs in the School of Education seek to prepare students for research careers or professional roles in teaching, administration, counseling, learning resources, and related areas. Each program emphasizes the development of an eclectic understanding of the educational process as well as a competency in a specific area. The balance between theory/research and practice leads to the development of professionals who can adapt to a variety of educational situations and effectively implement educational programs.
