Join us for Wellbeing Fridays!
A series of FREE* workshops focused on social and emotional wellbeing for Baylor students, staff, and faculty.
  • Do you care about someone who is struggling and are not sure what to do?  
  • Do you want to help others manage the stress and anxiety of school and work? 
  • Are you wanting to learn more about how to help someone bounce back after a setback?  

The series includes topics such as grit and resilience, mind and body connections, sleep and health, and more.
