How to Apply

The Garland School of Social Work currently operates on a rolling admissions process. However, students who submit a completed application and all supplementary materials by our Priority Deadline (February 1st) are:

  • Guaranteed an on-campus Graduate Assistantship
  • Considered for all available financial aid

Prospective students interested in applying for the Baylor University Master of Social Work (MSW) Standard or Advanced Standing Degree option are required to submit the following documents:

All transcripts, proof of degree, and language exam results should be sent to the Garland School of Social Work, Graduate Admissions, One Bear Place 97320, Waco, TX 76798-7308 or electronically to MSW_Admissions@baylor.edu .

 

Transfer Students

The School of Social Work offers many opportunities for transfer credit. Applications will be reviewed on an individual basis. Instructions and information can be found in the course catalog.
