Earle Hall Community Leaders
CLs 2014-2015 website

Community Leaders are responsible for mentoring 24-27 residential students who live near each other in Earle Hall. The most important aspects of the Community Leader role are fostering relationships, promoting academic excellence, guiding spiritual formation, and developing diverse communities that are mindful of Baylor�s values and standards.
