New Student Orientation Guide - Undergraduate


Following your Academic Advising appointment, your final step in the Orientation process is to complete your fall registration using your Bearweb portal. Follow the instructions below to navigate that process.

Please Note: You cannot complete these steps until after your advising appointment.

  1. Log into BEARWEB
    • Use your BearID, Password, and Duo two-factor authentication to login.
  2. Please verify your contact information under "Personal Information"
  3. Click "Student Financial Services," then click "Student Account"
    • Click "Meal Plan and Optional Fees"
    • Select your entry term and click “Submit”
    • Select your meal plan (Freshmen choose either an "All Access 5 day" or "All Access 7 day" plan)
    • Select "Yearbook" if you would like to order for 2022-23
    • Click “Update Optional Fees” to save your selections
    • Click "New Student Orientation Menu" at top to return
  4. Click "Set Up Authorized Users for E-Bill"
    • Click the "Authorized Users" tab
    • Click “Add Authorized User” at the bottom of page—enter email address and complete agreement
    • Close screen to return to menu
  5. Are you bringing a vehicle? If so, click "Vehicle Registration/Parking Permit" (License plate # required)
    • Select “Purchase Permit” and follow instructions
    • Agree to the terms and click “Submit”
    • Close screen to return to menu
  6. Set up Electronic Refund in the E-Bill System 
    • E-Bill > Refunds > select Direct Deposit 
    • If not enrolled in Direct Deposit, paper checks will automatically be mailed for any eligible credit balances which can take several weeks to be received. 
  7. Click "Title IV Authorizations"
    • Review and select “Yes” or “No”, then click “Submit”


IMPORTANT NOTE Baylor One Stop, Financial Aid, and Student Accounts will be CLOSED:
Christmas - December 23rd through Jan 3rd

Processing times may be delayed for documents submitted during the holiday breaks.

Following Christmas break, phones will re-open at 9am on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Baylor University hopes you have a blessed holiday season!
