In our upgraded E-Bill System, your statement displays in a new window. This lets you choose whether to keep your bill available for viewing while you navigate throughout the rest of the system. In order to view your statement in the E-Bill System, you will need to Allow Pop-ups from pay.baylor.edu.
While Baylor can't know exactly what setting on your computer could be blocking pop-ups, we have provided some helpful links below.

You also may want to check to see if you have an additional toolbar that is blocking pop-ups, such as a Yahoo or Google toolbar.
Authorized Users: If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing the bill, you may want to ask your student for help changing the settings on your computer.
