Adding:Meal Plans may be added or increased at any time during the semester.
All freshmen, all residents of Brooks Residential College, and all residents of Teal Residential College must select one of the All Access Plans below. You will automatically be placed on The Weekday 100 meal plan if no meal plan is selected.
Your fall selection will carry forward to the spring semester unless you request a change.

All Meal Plans include 5 guest passes per semester. Prices include 8.25% sales tax.

Changing or Dropping:
Pricing and Processing:
The prices for the meal plans are valid through the first day of class. Pro-rated charges and credits are applied beginning the second day of class based on the number of days the meal plan was available. During the first two weeks of classes, any refunds or changes are calculated on a prorated basis and will be applied to any outstanding balance on your student account.
Beginning with early registration for each term you can select your Meal Plan in BearWeb. Login to BearWeb, select Student Financial Services, select Student Account, then select Meal Plans - Add/Change. You will have the option to choose the semester(s) for your meal plan (e.g. to designate your meal plan as fall only or fall-spring). Be sure to review your eStatement when it becomes available to see that the correct meal plan is charged on your student account.
Reductions or Meal Plan drops may only be made through the second week of classes. No reductions or drops will be permitted after September 4, 2015 for the Fall '15 Semester or after January 22, 2016 for the Spring '16 Semester. Before the deadline, you can request a meal plan change in BearWeb. After the deadline, contact the Cashier's Office to request a Meal Plan added or increased.
*Who is a freshmen?
For meal plan purposes, "Freshmen" are high school graduates who have not attended higher education for either a fall or spring semester after their high school graduation. This classification covers the first academic year the student is enrolled at Baylor.
Students who complete college hours during high school, and/or attend another university during the summer, and matriculate at Baylor in the fall are deemed "Freshmen" for the fall and spring semesters. Students graduating from high school in December and matriculating at Baylor in the spring are considered "Freshmen" for only the spring semester.
