Baylor Youth Programs

Please reference the CDC Planning Tool to assist with your summer program planning needs. Youth Programs are programs operated by the University or third party's where minor participants are under the supervision of the university or its representatives.

Programs covered under this policy include, but are not limited to our academic programs, instructional programs, camps, clinics, workshops, conferences, community service, off-campus outreach, official athletic visits, and other similar activities occurring on or off-campus. Please reference the Youth Program Roles and Requirements regarding expectations to be cleared to work in a sanctioned youth program or camp.

Dean or Department Heads must provide prior approval for the operation of all Youth Programs.
